Jairo Torres

Jairo Torres is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Founder of Gexterra SAS, where he leads the administrative and functional management of the company’s strategic projects. With over 25 years of experience in the technology and operations sector, he has played key roles in digital transformation and business process optimization. Before founding Gexterra, he held leadership positions in multinational companies. At Accenture LTDA, he served as Delivery Service Leader for clients such as Claro, ETB, and DIRECTV Latam, managing teams and optimizing operations at a regional level. At Mercedes-Benz Financial Services S.A., he was Head of Operations, leading the establishment of operations in Colombia and reporting directly to offices in the U.S. and Germany. His experience in the financial sector includes his role at Leasing Bolívar Compañía de Financiamiento S.A., where he led the national leasing operation. Previously, he worked as a Systems Analyst, designing and implementing technological solutions for the company. He began his professional career at Telebucaramanga S.A. E.S.P. as a Software Developer. Throughout his career, Jairo has demonstrated a strategic vision and an innovative approach to implementing technological solutions, driving growth and operational efficiency across various industries.

Paola Bueno

She is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated in 2012, with more than 12 years of experience in financial management, taxation, and human resources administration. Throughout her career, she has worked in advising and optimizing accounting processes, achieving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and tax strategies that contribute to the sustainable growth of companies. Since 2019, she has been part of Gexterra SAS as an Account Manager & Administrative, where she leads accounting, administrative, and financial management processes, as well as managing relationships with suppliers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and efficiency in all operations. Her commitment brings knowledge and experience in the financial and administrative fields, helping Gexterra SAS make sound decisions and achieve its goals through efficient and structured management.

Carolina Villabona

Sergio Infante

He is a Systems Engineer, a graduate of Manuela Beltrán University, with 22 years of experience, 16 of which have been developed in companies within the telecommunications and financial sectors. He was part of the Telecommunications Company of Bucaramanga (Telebucaramanga) since 1997, with his last position being Systems Professional. Since 2019, he has held the position of Senior Oracle Professional at Gexterra SAS. Throughout his career, his participation in key projects stands out, such as the implementation of the web-based portfolio management system, which enabled the recovery of at least 5 billion pesos in overdue accounts. He was also awarded by Telebucaramanga with an invitation to its annual commercial convention in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) in recognition of his software contributions to the company’s commercial processes. In 2021, he developed the payment application project for early cancellations in Banco Davivienda’s SIGLEASE system, which reduced the operational time for this task by 85%. Thanks to this achievement, the project won first place in the INSPIRA 2023 awards in the Process Efficiency category.

Adrián Triana

With 15 years of experience, he has collaborated with major clients such as Davivienda, Rentandes, and JFK. He participated in the development of Kuyn, an innovative technological tool for process management. In 2021, he contributed to the intelligent reliquidation solution. In 2022, he was part of the team that implemented early cancellations, winning a process efficiency award in 2024. In 2023, he led the modernization of assets at Davivienda, further strengthening his expertise in managing complex and high-impact projects.

He has 5 years of experience collaborating on projects for major clients such as Foscal, Rentandes, and JFK. He participated in the development of a decision engine to improve efficiency in credit evaluation. He was part of the team responsible for contract enhancement, optimizing operational processes since 2023. Currently, he is part of the development team for Davivienda's Tracking Web project.
